About Dianne
Dianne studied piano, violin and composition from a very young age with Eva Warren. She went on to achieve the ABRSM Gold Award for Grade 8 Piano at the age of 13, with the highest mark ever recorded in the UK.
Having won several scholarships, she went on to study Composition and Piano at the Royal Northern College of Music under the tutelage of the Internationally acclaimed Sulamita Aronovsky (founder of the London International Piano Competition) and Geoffrey Poole, Professor of Composition at Manchester University.
Dianne has been prize-winner of international piano competitions including the Lombard & Ulster and was piano finalist in RTE Young Musician of the Future. Dianne, as the winner of The BBC Hymn Competition, had the piece sung and recorded by Liverpool Anglican Cathedral Choristers.

Since graduating from RNCM, Dianne has undertaken work as a Teacher, Performer, Composer, Examiner, and Musical Advisor including:
Lecturing in Composition and Performance Studies at Liverpool/ Liverpool Hope University.
ABRSM: Examining internationally and throughout the UK: Diplomas & Grades.
Performing with the Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra, Halle and BBC Philharmonic Orchestras as soloist and orchestral pianist under the baton of Vasily Patrenko, Mark Elder and Carl Davis.
Directing music for large scale events, with responsibility for advice & provision of music/ musicians.
